Gail has been practicing and teaching Yoga for over 30 years. She created Yoga-Syz and this program from a love of yoga and the need to save time but achieve results. This is a compilation of her favorite and most effective movements. A unique workout for busy people who want to stay in shape, lose weight, relieve stress, and increase their flexibility. The program has two 18-minute sessions. The first session has many traditional Hatha Yoga poses, included in a Sun Salutation variation. It allows those unfamiliar with yoga to star without being overwhelmed while still challenging skilled yoga lovers. All participants will work at the level their bodies permit, and improve. The second session also has many of the traditional yoga with conventional push-ups, sit-ups, and exercised for the gluteus. The video provides maximum physical results from a variety of exercises. The second sessions will result in strength, flexibility, balance, health, and vitality.
