Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be delighted when you shop with us but we understand that with online purchasing, you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable.
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on any full price items returned to us with proof of purchase within 30 days.
If you choose to exchange for another size or product please check the web site for availability by going to the product and clicking on the size you want.
Shipping Policy
If your product is in stock, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. If you order an item that is not in stock, your credit card will not be charged until the product actually ships. If paying by credit card, the shipping address must match the billing address for that credit card. Most orders are sent via U.S. Postal Service. Delivery confirmation is used to show that the product has been delivered to the shipping location you specified in your order. Larger orders are often sent UPS, a service that provides tracking numbers for all shipments. UPS orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box, so be sure to use a real physical address when placing orders over 2lbs.
