What methods of payment do you accept?
You can pay for your order by using the following; Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. If you would like to pay by check we will hold your order until your check has cleared.

How long will I have to wait to receive my order?
We do our very very best to get your order out the same day you order it, and your chances of this are much greater if you get it in before 3pm PST. Your order will be shipped First Class USPS. 2 day Priority if over 1 lb or rushed delivery. A conformation will be sent to you with a tracking number when your order is shipped. For standard shipping please allow 3-5 days for delivery of your order.

We offer a next day and rushed delivery service please call 760.434.3670 for further details. We will inform you if we are experiencing delays for if product is on backorder. Seasonally delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. If you are desperate for something or if it is a gift, let us know by typing it into the comments box when you are ordering.

How much is postage?
If you place a USA order that is under 15oz (1-2 items) the postage is $4.95. Orders over 1lb start at $7.95 for shipping and handling and increase with the weight of your order. For orders with Canada delivery and under 15oz are $7.95 for shipping/handling. UK and rest of the world are start at $9.95 for international shipping charge and will also increase with the weight of your order.

Why is it that there are things on the website that are out of stock?
We do try to keep the website up to date so that this doesn’t happen. Sometimes items sell out very quickly, when this happens we try our best to offer alternatives or let you know when they will be back in stock.

To redeem gift vouchers when making an on-line purchase:

Place order as usual, including entering your credit card details when requested on the payment details page (during check out)
On this page you will find an “additional comments” box. Please state the serial numbers and the value of the vouchers to be redeemed in this box.

We want you to be delighted when you shop with us but we understand that with online purchasing, you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable.
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on any full price items returned to us with proof of purchase within 30 days.

When we send out your order we enclose an order number, you will also receive a copy of this in your email conformation. This number is important to reference your order. How to exchange or refund

Goods are returned to Yoga-Paws at your own expense.
Take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it with conformation. Always retain proof of postage.

Fit and sizes

Do you have a size guide?
Yes click here.A piece of advice! You want your Yoga-Paws mini mats to fit sung because they will break in the same as a shoe or glove over a period of time. So if you are right on the cusp of a size, go with the smaller one! And don’t worry, if the fit is not perfect for you we will exchange until the fit is right.

What if my feet are a much different size then my hands?
The feet are made with a lycra/spandex material, and therefore work for a wide verity of sizes. If you feel like your feet are either too loose or too tight let us know and we will replace them for the correct size.

Are the Yoga-Paws mini mats supposed to be tight around my fingers ?
Yes! This help to keep you in the Yoga-Paws mini mats when you start to get down and sweaty with your down dog.

I have sores on my feet, should I get a bigger size?
There is enough give in the feet, if you have sores or bunions you should be fine. But again, let us know and because your comfort and satisfaction is our business. info@yogapaws.com

Yoga-Paws mini mats Cleaning and Care Information

How do I wash my Yoga-Paws mini mats?
The easiest and best way to wash your Yoga-Paws mini mats is to put them on inside out, so that the towel lining is exposed, put them back on like gloves and wash your hands under the sink in cold water a gentle soap. Dr Bronners is a great one!. Then just lay them out and air Dry.

Can I put my Yoga-Paws mini mats in the washing machine?
We DO NOT recommend that you put your paws in the washing machine. But if you must, put the machine on delicate, cold water, and place the Yoga-Paws in a delicate garment bag. The mesh bag included in your package will work for this too!

When should I wash my Yoga-Paws mini mats?
We recommend washing your Yoga-Paws mini mats before the first use, and after every use.By keeping your Paws clean you keep the dirt and oils that come out of your pores when you perspire from accumulating within the towel liner of your Yoga-Paws.

Yoga-Paws mini mats are made of Eco-Friendly TPE yoga mat material that has 4mm of cushion and comfort. There is also a towel lining within the Paws which absorbs 7 times its weight in moisture. Hence the more you sweat the more you stick!
